Excellent service, attention to detail, welcome drinks, extra bed for child, nicely decorated room.

Excellent location near the opera house and lake, easy walk to the Old City. Fast luggage service, clean rooms and bathroom. Welcoming staff offering cold beverages upon arrival. Friendly front desk with a nice glass of local sparkling wine.

I was blown away by the breakfast at the Small Luxury Hotel. The selection of top quality local produce was excellent, from hot-smoked trout to alpine cheese. The eggs cooked to order and the friendly service made it a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for the breakfast alone.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was great. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds and stylish rooms. The location of the hotel was superb, being just a few minutes away from all the historical places and with easy access to Stadelhofen station, Bellevue trams, and trams connecting to Bahnhofstrasse. the hotel was very near the lake, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff was friendly, cute, and helpful, going above and beyond to provide really good service. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good selection of local produce.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the warm and cute service. The staff offered us a delicious welcome drink and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. the hotel's central location was a huge plus. It was only a short walk to the lake, where we enjoyed fine views and peaceful walks. The proximity to cafes and shops also made it convenient for us to explore the city and find places to eat and shop.

I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in the rooms. The decor was outdated and could use some refurbishing.

We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, setting the tone for a warm and cute stay at this Small Luxury Hotel. The staff was attentive and accommodating, our room was ready despite our airline delays. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town and conveniently close to multiple tram lines. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, and a pitcher of water. The bathroom was spacious and had quick access to hot water. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right along the river. I decided to book this hotel due to its convenient location next to the Opera House in the Old Town. The proximity allowed me to easily explore the rich cultural scene of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was served beautifully with each item at the correct temperature. The high windows in my room provided ample light and could be opened for perfect ventilation. The hotel also had a roof terrace, although it would have been better if there was a drink service available.

It was frustrating to have the internet working intermittently on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. This hindered my ability to stay connected and plan my day effectively.
